Return & Exchange policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We Put in a lot of hardwork & love into each of our pieces. We make sure that each piece is well made, is inspected for defects, if any, and packaged with care before sending it to our customers. However, the best made plans do go wrong, and in such cases, we will be delighted to ensure that you get the outfit of your choice.

The product received by you from us is eligible for exchange if –

In case you receive a garment from us that is not what you had ordered: a reverse shipment will be scheduled by us from your address to ours and the correct order will be shipped to you.
You need a different size: we leave considerable margins in all our garments allowing for alterations, either by you or us (in this case, the cost of returning the garment to us & the cost of shipping the garment back to you will be borne by you).
Procedure for exchange

Within 5 days of receiving the shipment, artguru2019@gmail.com write to us at  with the reason for exchange / return, and your order number in the subject line.
We will get back to you soon with a request to send us the product to be exchanged to the address stated by us.
Cost of returning the garment to us will be borne by you. 
Please ensure that the garment returned has with the original tags intact. Once we receive the garment, please allow us a few days to inspect it for any signs of wear and tear, following which we will process your exchange.
Please note that garments exchanged once cannot be exchanged a second time.
NOTE: Any garment returned to us that does not meet the above-mentioned terms and conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We will not be obliged to refund any amount that you may have paid us towards this transaction.
Cancellations

In case of cancellation, please e-mail us within 10 hours of placing the order. Cancellations after this period would be contingent on the status of the order.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled.
